What happens during the listing appointment? When an agent with Heritage Homes Realty comes to list your property, you will sign a listing agreement and complete a property disclosure form. Measurements and photos of your home will be taken. A “For Sale” sign will be placed on the property as well as a lockbox with a copy of the key. A lockbox holds the key to your home and will allow agents to show your home after an appointment is confirmed.
What happens after the listing appointment? Your signed paperwork is taken back to the office to be processed. You will receive copies of all your signed paperwork.
